To be clear, this is not a discussion on how to get around not having a front plate or the legality/loopholes surrounding it, this is a request for a guide on how to install the front license plate bracket. As much as we all love a naked front on our RS's (hubba, hubba!), there comes a time that we in California must mount our front license plates. Most jurisdictions require a front and back license plate but it is safer to check first to avoid incurring a violation. Before installing a holder for a front license plate, check with the Department of Motor Vehicles office locally if you are required to have a front license plate in the state you are in. Those are easy, but thats prolly because i work for ford but, just center it on the front bumper and make a mark where the two hole are.
